Organisation and Choir Conducting
Sophia Forck studied choral conducting and organ at the C-Seminar of the UdK and the Lutheran Church in Berlin, with Andreas Sieling, Tobias Bromann, Friederike Stahmer and others. From 2015 to 2022 she was cantor in Französisch Buchholz (Berlin). From 2015 to 2019 she was assistant of the Singschule Gethsemane. In addition, she conducts free small ensembles. Calabria is her second home, whose cultural heritage and diverse nature inspires her.
Vocal tuition
Dobrochna Payer studied vocal pedagogy and piano in Detmold and Augsburg. She taught for many years at the University of Augsburg, the Bavarian Singakademie and the Landesjugendchor, among others. She currently teaches at the 'Musisches Gymnasium St.Stephan' in Augsburg and the 'Schwäbische Chorakademie'. She gives singing tuition to numerous choirs and ensembles in the south of Germany. She successfully leads many of her students to singing studies or competitions.
Choir Conducting
Uwe Martin studied double bass, elementary music education and music at the University of Music in Trossingen, in Freiburg and at the Conservatoire in Lausanne. He received his training in choral conducting from Prof. Guntram Simma at the Vorarlberg State Conservatoire.
Since 2012, he has conducted the St. Laurentius Choir in Sulzberg and, since 2025, the Hofsteig Lauterach Women’s Choir. In 2022, he served as assistant choir director with the HALHOL Choir.

Christian Ferlaino is a music ethnologist, musician and lecturer at the University of Calabria. In his role as artistic coordinator of the Felici & Conflenti association, he is dedicated to promoting and preserving the dance and music culture of central Tyrrhenian Calabria. A key focus of his research are traditional minor musical instruments from Calabria. He plays and teaches the surdulina, a traditional Calabrian bagpipe.
